Will tires
We eat at this outback often and it’s always great! However, this time they went well above and beyond. We left our card in the receipt folder and the server and another employee CHASED us down as we were driving away to give the card back! That’s the extra effort anyone can appreciate! Thanks guys! We will be back!

Sat at the bar for dinner. Matthew, the bartender was exceptional in his service and attention to detail for my experience. I also observed him going above and beyond to serve other customers during my time in the restaurant. Matthew was sincere in his answer my questions of the menu and provided thorough service. Greatly appreciate his professionalism. Food was good as well

Our server was very nice. I wish I could remember his name to give him kudos. I know his first name began with the letter A. Food was served perfectly and was very good. He checked back on us frequently to make sure everything was good with us. He didn’t scowl like most servers do when I asked for extra balsamic on my wedge salad and extra horseradish sauce for my prime rib, which was cooked perfectly. My husband really enjoyed their new chicken dinner that’s fried with the same breading that’s on their blooming onion.

Long wait times and rushed service. Sometimes has an issue with not having clean grease and it being old. Otherwise when you catch them on an organized day with management around it's pretty good. Waiters have always been awesome.

The service was great but we ordered prime rib for the 3 of us and one was half blackend and too much of an end piece then the other 2 we're rare and had so much grizzle that it was tough to cut let alone eat. The manager.was kind to give us 2 to take home but when we ate them we could not eat over 3/4 of it . We are frequent patrons and always order prime rib but that was a waste of $84 dollars
